Returns Procedure For Surplus Goods

A restocking charge of 25% or a minimum of £25.00 will apply to products that are surplus to requirements. Once reported a collection request form will be faxed to you. Collection will not be made until the form is completed and faxed back.

Goods can only be returned providing:

1. 1 - They are perfectly packaged in their original condition.
2. 2 - They were supplied less than four weeks ago.
3. 3 - They were not a special order.

Goods Will Not Be Collected Unless A Delivery Is Being Made.

Returns Procedure For Damaged Goods

All damages must be reported in writing within five days. Once reported a collection request form will be faxed to you. Collection will not be made until the form is completed and faxed back.

The Following Conditions Will Apply:

1. 1 - Goods will be thoroughly inspected and credit will only be given if it is a genuine fault.
2. 2 - Goods Will Not Be Collected Unless A Delivery Is Being Made.
3. 3 - They were not a special order.

Please Note Baths & Shower Trays Must Be Thoroughly Inspected Upon Delivery. Claims For Damages After That Will Not Be Entertained.
